Terms of Service

1. The service

DigSATMath (“the Service”) provides practice questions, study plans, full-length practice tests, and an AI tutor for preparing for the math section of the Digital SAT. The Service is operated by the owner of digsatmath.asasiya.com (“we”, “us”).

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sign-in with Google is available; your use of Google sign-in is also governed by Google’s terms.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is permanent.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the Service.
• Don’t scrape, redistribute, or resell practice content or AI responses.
• AI features are rate-limited per user; automated bulk access is not permitted.

4. AI-generated content

Hints, explanations, chat replies, and generated practice questions may be produced by artificial-intelligence models. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete and is provided for study assistance only — it is not a guarantee of scoring outcomes and should not be treated as official College Board material.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its question bank, software, and design, is protected by copyright. See Copyright & Trademark Notices. You keep ownership of content you submit (e.g. chat messages); you grant us a license to process it to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including test outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts).

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
